Thanks to a dynamic and experienced team, CRISTIAN ABC focuses in continuing improvement of the quality of it’s products and faster reactivity towards the clients demands.
Both the sewing machine workers and quality control specialists, with textile university degrees, have a vast experience in this field, thus allowing us to boldly and competently approach any challenge that we encounter in our activity. The company management is constantly aware of maintaining and improving working conditions, gaining and maintaining employees trust, promoting team work and building mutual respect between team members.

Cristian ABC’s main activity is manufacturing top quality ladies garments, for above-medium and top quality markets. As part of our ongoing development process, we have expanded our range to include high quality products for children and adolescents, as well as men’s casual jackets. In the same time, an important part of our activity is manufacturing corporate clothing and uniforms for clients with high quality standards.
Together with garments manufacturing, our company can provind the following services:
- Patterns making, samples, grading and digitizing
- Embroidery and pleating services in partnership with specialized companies
- Finishing treatments (washing/dyeing,…) in partnership with specialized companies
- National and international transport in partnership with specialized companies
Our manufacturing structures is comprised from both medium series (2000-5000 pcs/style) and short series and collections.
We offer our partners high-quality accessories through our suppliers, such as YKK, Pedrini, Freudenberg, Coats, Jessgrove, Gutterman, Epau Nova, and Minet.
Our commitment to quality, sustainable development, and providing a high-standard work environment has been recognized through numerous social and environmental audits requested by our clients.
The production capacity of our company is 10.000 pcs/month, depending of the structure and the complexity of the styles.
The manufacturing process of Cristian ABC follows a specific technical layout, every station benefiting from modern equipment.
1. The raw materials warehouse has a fabrics inspection machine and, by random selection, we control the quality and the meters of fabric rolls.
2. The cutting workshop is equipped with an automatic cutting system with automatic spreading tables, fixed and mobile cutting machines, and continuous band heat sealing presses with a width of 125 cm
3. The manufacturing department is structured on two lines – one specialized in jackets and coats (but also dresses, skirts, trousers- FLEXIBILITY is the key word in our company); and the other specialized in dresses, skirts and jersey. Every station benefits from modern machines, an important part for assuring high productivity and quality. As reaction to the market demand, we acquired sewing machines that mimic hand-stitching (Columbia stitching and AMF). For jersey and elastic fabrics, we have special Uberdeck and Flatlock machines.
4. The short series and colections are being manufactured on a sampling line by highly qualified personnel that can produce complex garments.
5. Technical department has two LECTRA workstations and a plotter. Importing the patterns received from the clients is possible via e-mail or by digitizing existing paper patterns.
